What’s up around S3 Athletics?

Things are hoppin’ around the gym. Lots of new faces, old faces are coming back. We are excited to see classes filling back up and people prioritizing their health.

We have 2 more teams starting back at S3 this week as well. We’re currently training GRC Lady’s basketball, softball and baseball. We offer training at our facility, on-site, remote and consultive S&C services

Our KidsFit has 10 kids! Woohoo to the littles ones moving and having fun.

We Survived hosting a sold out Festivus event.

We are going with the flow and taking things day by day, trying to be proactive to proud the best training environment in the area.
