What are you doing for you?

How are you taking care of yourself? This pandemic has wreaked havoc on mental health & overall wellness.

Are you ready to get back on track? I have made a few small changes to my day to day routine that has helped me immensely.

1) Stay off social media as much as I can. Set a few times a day to check messages. Turn off all notifications.

2) 800g of fruits vegetables everyday. I am 9 weeks into this and feeling great. More energy, body feels great and crushing workouts.

3) 10 min walk daily


4) Get out and hike anytime I can.

These few small steps have helped me greatly. My mind feels clear, my stress and anxiety are manageable. All those things contribute to me being a better husband, father and business owner.
