Hey all!
Couple of updates for everyone on what we’ve got going on and what can be expected soon!
First, our nutrition challenge is being headed up by Coach Jocelyn! Macros are being provided and an accountability group is being set up to help everyone stay on track and answer any questions you might have!
Second, as you might know, we’re launching our online programming! We’ll have three separate tracks available for you...
1.) GPP! This will be the option you’re looking for if you’re just looking to increase your overall level of fitness! General Physical Preparedness (GPP) is meant to raise our base level of fitness and create well rounded individuals.
2.) Hypertrophy! If you’re trying to get stronger and build muscle, this is the one for you. Getting stronger and building mass takes time and effort, so consistency along this track will be important. If you’ve been waiting for the chance to buckle down on some dedicated strength work, here’s your moment!
3.) Running! If your goal is to develop your aerobic base and maybe drop a few pounds, this track will assist you with that! Bring the engine up a couple notches and you’ll see your recovery improve and the weight will begin to drop easier than before.
We still have a lot of equipment available at the gym that we would love for you all to come borrow for use at home until we get the all clear to open back up again. Bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls, and several other items can be borrow to help keep you motivated. You can come by on weekdays from 9-12, and 5-6 pm to pick some up.
We appreciate every single one of you supporting us in times like this. We are working our tails off to make sure you all have great online content, videos, and programming in the meantime.
