Being honest with training.
This could have many meanings. But as a Coach it is our job to guide and give the best road map to your goals, but the effort you put in is the ultimate factor.
Once you leave the gym it’s all on you, the way you eat the way you recover, and honestly you’re the only one who knows if you’re pushing yourself adequately in the gym. It’s easy to trick yourself and say you’re doing everything 100%, we are all guilty of it. Usually we tell ourselves we are doing everything we can but when progress stops or we burn out mentally it’s easy to become complacent with our effort in the gym or get bored of sticking to our nutrition.
The best way to avoid this, is to be honest with yourself and be honest with your coaches. If you are starting to eat like crap tell someone. That’s why we are here. If you don’t address it then the snowball affect comes and before you know it you’re back to square one. Don’t let your progress stall, use the community use your coaches. That’s why we are here.
