Did you give up? Or are you still pushing? 

It’s time for self reflection Where are you at with your goals this year? We are heading into the final quarter of our yearly training cycle. We basically have 2 1/2 months before we re-test all of our lifts.


Are you getting better? Are you making progress?

Evaluate where you are at, where you started and what did you set out to accomplish this year?

What do you want to get out of CFSS? If your not setting quarterly, yearly and long term goals your missing a great opportunity

I would to love hear from you guys, what your goals were what have you achieved what your still working towards to close out the year.
