Always Learning :)

Hola How’s everyone doing. Traveling back from Fredericksburg, VA after the WESTSIDE BARBELL for Sports Seminar ( don’t worry I’m not driving while I type this).

Before CFSS existed and it was still an idea around a kitchen table. A founding principle was the importance education and professional development. We place a ton of value on being students of our craft, constantly reading, listening to podcasts, watching videos, attending seminars, and reaching out to industry professionals. We have big ideas and aspire for greatness with our gym.

Our training is constantly evolving and improving but we have remained firmly guided by our values to place a high importance on development, create an environment that pushes people to become the best version of them self in a clean safe professional environment.

Since we have opened the gym:

We have went out and attended seminars with USAW, KY NSCA conference, Matt Wenning-Powerlifter, Sam Dancer CF athlete, CF gymnastics, WESTSIDE BARBELL for Sports, Brand X Method- Kids

In addition we have hosted the following at CFSS.
