More than just CrossFit

CrossFit Strode Station offers WAY more than just CrossFit.

We have classes for kids, high school athletes, yoga, and much more. Here’s a breakdown of all the services we offer!

KidsFit is a class just for the little ones in your life. This class helps them build a foundation in fitness that they’ll be able to use the rest of their lifetime. It’s fun, interactive, and will get them up and moving. It’s for ages 8 – 12.

Athlete Strength and Conditioning is for our older kids(13+)who are trying to build strength, explosiveness, and speed whether on the court, the track, or the field. This class will focus on weight lifting, plyometrics, and cardiovascular endurance. If your athlete wants to push themselves during their off season, or wants to go further in their athletic career, this class is for them.

Barbell Club is a new class offered one day a week. It solely focuses on Olympic and Powerlifting, and will help you gain knowledge and better your technique. The class is open to anyone, and is free for our CrossFit members, and is only $5 for our Kettlebell Members.

Our Yoga class is offered one day a week, and is a relaxing and gentle flow that will help you stretch and get ready for your week. It’s not a class that requires hundreds of hours of yoga training for, anyone can join in and take part.

6 Week Challenges are new classes we are starting for those who want to start a fitness program but don’t really know where to start. It will include smaller classes with more individual attention, and nutrition coaching.

Kettlebell classes offer the strength and cardio aspects of our CrossFit classes, without use of a barbell. It’s fast paced, fun, and the workouts change every day, so you won’t get bored.

CrossFit classes are our bread and butter. These classes will push you to your physical limit, will help you gain strength and endurance, and show you that you can do much more than you thought you could. You’ll be doing a combination of Olympic and Power lifts, cardio, gymnastics, and building a base for general fitness in every day life.

We also offer personal training and nutrition coaching if you have specific individual goals you want to achieve.
