Corey and I had the pleasure of working with the Indians basketball team the last 8 weeks for two days a week leading into their season. This is the 5th team we have had the opportunity of working with since opening our facility in Clark county.
Basic fundamental strength training is going to benefit any athletes. We are extremely proud of the boys and the work they put in during our time. We look forward to continuing to work with the team throughout the season. I could not have been more pleased with the results of our team after working out with Josh and Corey for 8 weeks. We improved across the board with our strength and explosiveness. More impressive to me was the relationships these guys built with our players. We loved it and look forward to working with them again in the future.
