What do you need to bring?
A water bottle – we have a water fountain
And Maybe a friend to get an awesome workout with you.
Class times are at 9:30am & 7pm
What to expect
We will do a dynamic group warm-up
Go over our movements for the day and get to our workout. And finish up with some cool down exercises.
Expect each class to last 45-60 mins
