Let me reintroduce myself. My name is Josh Tackett, Co-owner of CrossFit Strode Station. Corey and I moved here 20 months ago to open Strode Station. Whew, what a whirlwind it has been. In our short time here we have moved three times, worked with 8 local athletic teams, conducted an 8 week strength and conditioning program for local first responders, all while growing our gym membership to over 100 members!
So are you curious what we do? maybe your interested in coming out to try a class? We currently train athletes getting ready for their next season, work with and train powerlifters, and help everyday people reach their fitness goals in our group fitness classes. The foundations of program our built around strength training from our athletes to grandmas. Will you lift weights? ABSOLUTELY! No you will not get bulky-(that is a topic for another day)
We have all levels of fitness in our gym, everyone starts somewhere and anyone can do our program if you have the following:
A positive attitude
Motivation
Desire to be better
Willingness to learn new things
Tomorrow is new day. If you raise your expectations, the results will surprise you!
