How many goals have you seen through?

How many goals have you ever set for yourself?

Probably plenty, right?

Have you accomplished them?

Did you follow through?

If you didn’t, was it because sometimes we’re not entirely sure how to measure or see progress? You’re not alone.

Now, in the gym…

How do we measure progress?

How do we know if we’re actually driving adaptation and moving the right direction?

Two ways…

First, you can work backwards.

Pick a goal. Pick where you want to be.

Pick the end point and work backwards from there.

Want to increase your deadlift? Bring that 5K time down a bit? How about increase the number of pull ups you can do?

Choosing a goal and reverse engineering a program from there is one of the simplest ways to keep a training program on track, concise, and to the point.

Second, use concise programming meant to improve GPP and over-all preparedness. We can gradually move the needle in all areas of fitness with this method.

If you are having trouble doing it in your own! Let us help you get to your goals.
