We’ve been helping the Central Kentucky area for years now, with hundreds of members from elementary school through their golden years. There is no age limit on fitness, we want to help you build a better future for yourself. The atmosphere at CFSS is like no commercial gym you’ve ever been a part of, we know you, know your goals, and won’t just turn you loose on equipment with zero direction. Each class lasts one hour, and you will have a certified coach present the entire time helping you perfect your form and push you.
We have gym members who are high school athletes, stay at home moms, police officers, factory workers, and everything in between. We don’t have a set demographic, anyone can become part of our gym family.
