August is moving along quickly, and while we aren’t wanting to speed up time, September is going to bring about several big changes and fun events.
Starting the first week of September, we will not only be offering our Barbell Club Class, but also our Strongman Class. Previously, the Barbell Club Class was held at 11:00 on Saturday, but starting in September, it will now be at 6:00 pm every Wednesday instead. We will still hold our normal Kettlebell class as usual at that time. We will also begin to have our Strongman Class every Saturday at 10:00 am starting September 21. Both of these classes are free to our members, and will be a great addition to your typical CrossFit classes. Yoga will also be starting back on September 21st as well.
We also have the Anchored in Iron Powerlifting meet on Sept 7th, as well as Festivus on September 14th. We will host an offsite workout at the middle school track on September 7th at 9:00 am, we will provide more details soon. September 14th, there will be no classes as we hope to have as many of you as possible out to compete or cheer on your fellow CFSS members competing. September 21 and on, we will be back to our normal programming on Saturdays. Yoga with Allison starting back at 8:00 am, CrossFit at 9:00 am, and StrongMan at 10:00 am!
