A little love from Natasha

It’s not a goodbye, it’s a see you later.

This will be one of the hardest things I have ever written. I have ran this through my head a million times and rewrote it a million more. It saddens me to write this post, however, also brings me great joy at the same time. God has opened new doors for my family as most of you already know and we will be relocating this summer to Somerset. To say my time at Strode

Station has been anything short of amazing would be an understatement. I have loved every high and every low I have encountered while working at CFSS. Each member has made some type of impact on my life in the past 1 ½ years of being a coach. Whether I met you once or see you every time I am at the gym, I want to thank you for trusting me to coach you and you have made an everlasting impact on my life!

I want to thank Josh and Corey for the opportunity to be a coach! I have learned so much about fitness, strength and conditioning, powerlifting, and of course, bench pressing from the both you. I have gained so much knowledge while working here and will continue to grow and learn. Thanks to Andrew for working for me when I had last minute family things to do or helping me during bigger classes because I would become overwhelmed.

I have so many memories to cherish! From every Saturday partner workouts because that meant I had the opportunity to work out with some awesome people that I didn’t get the chance to coach throughout the week. The competitions, and runs representing Strode Station; whether it was individual, team or with a group of people. The get-togethers that CFSS had just so we could socialize and get to know one another outside of the gym was a top favorite. Coaching Spargo and Maggard on days when they were the only ones there for the 6 pm class; it is very entertaining if no one has had the chance to witness this.

One of my most cherished memories will be watching YOU ALL grow and step outside of your comfort zones. I have loved being a part of some many PRs. Watching you all grow in strength, confidence and just life over the past year and a half have been one of the most rewarding things, and I will never forget I had the opportunity to be a part of that.
