April 15th will be the beginning of two new challenges for members old and new. We will begin another 6 Week Challenge class for new CFSS members. The challenge will include 3 classes per week that focus on barbell skills, cardio, and building confidence to on-ramp them to be ready for our CrossFit classes. It will also include a weekly check nutrition check in with our coaches to help with weight loss. We did one of these challenges in the fall last year and it went extremely well. We can’t wait to do it again, so if you have any friends or family who have been curious about CFSS but have been slightly intimidated or didn’t know where to start, this is an amazing jumping point.
For our current members, we will be doing a nutrition challenge. While the exact details are still being worked out(whether we base it on macros, paleo, etc), we will have two teams, one lead by Josh and one lead by Jocelyn. There will be before and after photos and weigh ins/measurements, as well as a $100 prize for the top male and top female at the end of the 6 weeks. We had some great transformations last nutrition challenge we did, so we’re really excited to see how all of you do. More details will be coming soon, so stay tuned.
